That Council receive the report as provided by the Municipal Planner regarding applicant 9184384 Canada Inc pertaining to the OPA and ZBA - Centre Lake and; Furthermore That subsequent to the receipt of public and agency comments attributed to the applications for the proposed official plan and zoning by-law amendment, that Council requests the Planning Department provide analysis and direction on the revised plan of subdivision as well as the corresponding applications for the official plan and zoning by-law amendment.
